This remodelled watermill is set in the village of Saint-Jean-et-Saint-Paul in Les Grands Causses Regional Natural Park. It features an outdoor swimming pool in a large garden. Free Wi-Fi access is provided in most bedrooms and in the public areas. Each spacious room is individually decorated and some feature a spa bath or steam shower. Le Moulin de Gauty is located 2km from the fortified town of Saint-Jean-d’Alcas and you can visit the caves where Roquefort cheese is produced 7 km away.
