La Contea Farmhouse is set on the border of Umbria and Tuscany 2 km outside Pozzuolo and 15 minutes' drive from Lake Trasimeno. It offers a free swimming pool volleyball and tennis courts. Apartments at La Contea have rustic furniture and wood-beamed ceilings. Set on the ground or first floor they include a patio or balcony. Each one has a fully equipped kitchen free Wi-Fi and satellite TV. The farmhouse's grounds include a small private lake BBQ and tables and chairs. The swimming pool is open from May until September and has free sun loungers and parasols. Free parking is provided and the farmhouse is ideal for visiting nearby villages and sampling local wines and cuisine. Montepulciano famous for its red wine is 20 km away.
