Il Vingone is set in a restored 10th century Benedictine Abbey 9 km from Città di Castello in northern Umbria. The estate offers a peaceful rural location restaurant and outdoor pool. All rooms and apartments at Badia Il Vingone have simple furnishings and tiled floors. Rooms come with a private bathroom while apartments have a fully equipped kitchenette. Wi-Fi is free in shared areas. The on-site restaurant serves both Tuscan and Umbrian food and wine. It features a panoramic terrace with views of the medieval village of Monterchi 4 km away. Sun loungers and parasols are provided around the pool in the summer. The estate hosts yoga pilates and T'ai Chi courses. Acupuncture and homeopathy sessions can be arranged on request.
