Set in Contigliano Hotel Le Vigne is 9 km outside Rieti in the Lazio countryside. Just 200 metres from the coach stop to Rome it features a large garden with chairs tables and parasols. Rooms are simply furnished and come with a TV fridge and balcony. Each one has a private bathroom with hairdryer and toiletries. An Italian breakfast is served each morning and there is also a bar and restaurant on site. Free parking is provided. Le Vigne is on the pilgrimage route known as the Saint Francis Walk. It is 15 km from Lake Piediluco where you can go rowing. Contigliano re-enacts the storming of the castle the first week August each year.
