Set in the countryside of Escolca this eco-friendly guest accommodation is surrounded by extensive gardens just a 1-hour drive from Cagliari. It offers a secluded location and rooms with free Wi-Fi and a valley or garden view. Solar-powered heating and air conditioning is used at Il Giardino di Valentina. Recycled rainwater provides water for the orchards and household use. The restaurant is open 7 days a week and serves traditional Sardinian dishes made from organic ingredients. Breakfast is also made up of organic produce such as homemade jams breads and biscuits. Savoury food for breakfast can be provided on request. You can also ask staff to organise cooking and gardening lessons. Staff advises to come by car. They can arrange a transfer service from Cagliari Airport to the property.
