Set in the hills around San Severino Marche Villa Collio Relais dates back to the early 1800s. The elegant rooms feature wood-beamed ceilings and floors in parquet or terracotta. The main villa Villa Collio is used for wedding receptions and meetings. There are 3 smaller buildings on the property two of which feature the bedrooms. Each room has a flat-screen TV and minibar. The third building has original stone walls and is where you will find the reception and breakfast room. A sweet Italian breakfast is served buffet style each morning. You have free parking on site and San Severino Train Station is 10 minutes' walk away. San Severino Marche Hospital is 5 minutes away on foot.
