B&B 2012 is set in a residential building in a quiet street off Via Tiburtina and just a 15-minute walk from Tiburtina Train and Metro Station. The modern air-conditioned rooms have free Wi-Fi. All rooms have a contemporary minimalist style boasting parquet floors and light-wood furnishings. Some rooms have an en suite bathroom and some have a shared bathroom. An Italian breakfast is served daily at a café nearby. The Maxxi National Museum of Contemporary Art is 10 km from the 2012 B&B. The Coliseum is a 15-minute drive away.
