Hotel Antica Torre is set in a restored 16th-century tower in Siena’s historic centre just 10 minutes’ walk from Piazza del Campo. Rooms mix a mediaeval ambience with modern facilities. Wi-Fi is free. The Antica Torre’s 8 rooms feature wooden ceiling beams and original stonework. Each comes with air conditioning and satellite TV. Some offer beautiful views over Siena’s rooftops and the green surrounding countryside. Breakfast is served in the ground-floor breakfast room with stone arches once a mediaeval potter’s shop.
