Set in the heart of Stelvio National Park at an altitude of 1738 metres Hotel Garni Thurwieser - B&B is a family-run hotel featuring a furnished garden with Finnish sauna. In winter it offers ski-to-door access for both the downhill ski slopes and the cross-country tracks. In summer it offers easy access to hiking and mountain biking trails. The rooms decorated in a traditional Alpine style with wooden floors and furniture offer beautiful mountain views and most include a private balcony. A sweet and savoury breakfast is served daily including local specialties. Staff can recommend some of the best restaurants in Santa Caterina Valfurva and Bormio.
