The surrounding countryside is ideal for hiking and you can visit the caves surrounding Cheddar. Glastonbury and Wells are within 30 minutes’ drive while Stonehenge is less than 50 miles away. The beaches at Weston Supermare and Burnham-on-Sea can be reached in 30 minutes by car.
