Built in 1790 Sea Beach House is just a 2-minute walk from the beach and a 5-minute walk from Eastbourne Pier offering free Wi-Fi full English breakfasts and tea gardens. Room service with light lunches and snacks is available and in the summer months a more extensive menu is offered in the tea gardens.
