The thatched inn boasts many period features including a 15th century arched door frame low beamed ceilings and a grandfather clock built into the wall. Guests can enjoy traditional meals in the bar which are prepared using locally sourced produce. The menu changes regularly with special seasonal dishes. Real ales are also available. The Ring of Bells is just 10 minutes’ drive from the moorland town of Chagford. The surrounding area is ideal for walking with the centre of Dartmoor National Park just 9 mile away. The magnificent Castle Drogo is just 15 minutes’ drive away.
