Centrally situated in the popular holiday town of Callander the Dreadnought Hotel is in the heart of the Trossachs. It is at the gateway to the Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Park. Dating back to the 17th century it boasts distinctive character with a wood panelled lounge and stain glass windows. The rooms feature a flat-screen TV tea and coffee making facilities climate control and a hairdryer. Each room also benefits from an en-suite bathroom. A Continental breakfast is available at the property. It includes croissants cereal yoghurt butter jam orange juice tea coffee and milk. Originally built by the Chieftain of the Clan McNab the unique Dreadnought Hotel was originally a hotel for his fellow men travelling to the north of the country.
